About housing
Our newly renovated, spacious and cozy apartment with enormous sea view is located right on the Levante beach.
Within walking distance you will find everything that you might need during your stay in Benidorm: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, casino, currency exchange and public transport stops.
The Rincon de Loix is located 10 mins walk from the apartment and the historic city center is located only around 10-minute walk from our place.
Housing
Our newly renovated apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with new beds and mattresses and 2 bathrooms.
It has a light living room with gorgeous panoramic sea view, sofa bed, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking Levante Beach and the pool.
For your comfort during the nights, we have equipped bedrooms and the living room with new Mitsubishi air conditioning, the terrace has closing doors and there are curtains throughout the apartment.
The development has access for people with reduced mobility, 4 modern elevators, private pool with sun loungers and underground parking with private parking space.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, along with cutlery and dishes.
We have also provided a safe for storing your valuables as well as free sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is free WIFI throughout the apartment.
A flat-screen TV is equipped with Smart TV, so you can use Youtube and if you have subscription you can watch Netflix, HBO Max or Amazon Prime.
We have provided a First Aid Kit located under the TV set.

is located on the first line, with stunning views of the sea and Levante beach. Within walking
distance there are all possible services: supermarkets, a variety of
restaurants, bars, public transport stops, casinos, pharmacies, currency exchange
, alcohol and tobacco shops, and much more. On the ground floor of the complex
there is one of the most popular bars in Benidorm Tiki Beach.
Rincon de Loix is a 10-minute walk away, the famous quiet bay of Almadrava is 20 minutes away
and the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away.
The circular tourist bus runs every 20 minutes within walking distance from
the apartment. This bus connects all the main areas of Benidorm.

Everything was fantastic! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we could want. The location was perfect and there was enough room for a group of 6 to be spacious! This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are fantastic at communicating with you from the minute you book it. We managed to check in early which was brilliant after an early flight. The location is perfect, a 2 min walk to the madness of new town or a 10 min stroll and your in the beautiful old town. The view from the apartment of the beach is fabulous and you could people watch all day.The actual apartment was perfect for us 4 girls and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and there was very little noise during our stay. We would definitely book this apartment again if we return to benidorm and you should too!★★★★★☆

Awesome apartment. Exceeded our expectation. Communication with the owner is very very easy. The apartment was very clean and in each room has his own air-conditioner. Very nice view to the beach which is like not even 20 meters away. In case you like to cook, the kitchen has really everything. We cooked actually a few times, when we were there. Dont need to worry bringing too much clothes. Washing-machine and dryer are there. SO THANK YOU FOR THIS NICE APARTMENT ★★★★★☆
