The property has 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed in lounge and 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room which opens onto the spacious terrace where you can enjoy sea views, access to the communal pools and have direct access to the beach.

The property has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room which opens onto the spacious terrace where you can enjoy sea views, access to the communal pools and have direct access to the beach. This is a gated secure complex.
David will meet you upon arrival and will be available during your stay should you need anything. He will contact you a week before you arrive to confirm your arrival time.
Across the road 15 minutes walk is Burger King, Aldi and the supermercado. The Gourmet market also a place for breakfast, lunch or even a sit with a bottle of wine. 30 minutes walk straight out onto the promenade and turn left to Estepona marina full of bars and restaurants. 15 minutes on the way to the marina the Ancla Sea Bridge beautiful to sit and take in a drink while watching the panoramic view. Just before you get to the marina 25 minutes walk is Playa del Christo. Two of our favourite chiringuitos here being Lolailo and our personal favourite Havana Beach bar. Only a short taxi ride Eight euros to the old town and immerse yourself in the beautiful streets bars and restaurants. Walk back along the beautiful promenade to the port to finish your evening only 20 minutes from old town back towards home.

    Had a pleasant stay . Nothing to say about the pleasant, helpful and attentive host. I highly recommend it and I was there with my girlfriends. The place is still well located near a good beach. But if you want to go to the center, I recommend the car because Uber is expensive.★★★☆ .
